Dopamine β-hydroxylase
DBH (Dopamine-β-hydroxylase) is a copper-containing monooxygenase that catalyzes the biosynthesis of catecholamine neurotransmitter, norepinephrine from dopamine. Deficiency in DBH causes orthostatic hypotension, autonomic disorders etc.
