SRPK

SRPK (serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinases) specifically phosphorylate their substrate at serine residues in RS domain. It functions in SR splicing factors phosphorylation and splicing regulation. It is involvd in regulation of HBV replication, neuronal apoptosis and muscle development etc.
