1,2-Dimyristoyl-3-lauroyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains myristic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and lauric acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in butterfat, aged cheese, and date seed oil.1,2,3
