(3R,10R,14aS)-AZD4625 is the isomer of AZD4625 , and can be used as an experimental control. AZD4625 (Compound 21) is a highly potent, selective, covalent and allosteric inhibitor of the mutant GTPase KRASG12C. AZD4625 has high oral bioavailability.
