Description of SIS17

SIS17 is a mammalian histone deacetylase 11 (HDAC 11) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.83 μM, inhibits the demyristoylation HDAC11 substrate, serine hydroxymethyl transferase 2, without inhibiting other HDACs[1]. IC50: 0.83 μM (HDAC 11)[1]
