NSC2805 is a WWP2 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor that can significant inhibit WWP2 activity with an IC50 of 0.38 μM. NSC2805 can be used for the research of cancer[1].

NSC2805 has WWP2 inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 0.38 μM[1].
NSC2805 shows a significant reduction in activity for all three proteins (WWP2, WWP1 and Nedd4)[1].
NSC2805 can robustly inhibit WWP2-dependent PTEN ubiquitination[1].
