cyclo(RGDyC) is a cyclic pentapeptide that contains the αVβ3 integrin-binding sequence arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGD).1,2 It has been used to generate doxorubicin-containing liposomes and fluorescent silicon nanoparticles to target tumors and ocular neovasculature, respectively.
