Description of Calcineurin Substrate (trifluoroacetate salt)

Calcineurin substrate is a synthetic peptide that corresponds to the regulatory RII subunit of protein kinase A (PKA).1 It can be phosphorylated by PKA, and phosphorylated calcineurin substrate can be used to quantify calcineurin activity.
