(+)-SHIN1 ((+)-RZ-2994) is an active (+) enantiomer of SHIN1[1].

(+)-SHIN1 ((+)-RZ-2994) is potent against cytosolic SHMT1 with an IC50 for blocking growth of less than 50 nM and 870 nM in SHMT2 deletion cells and HCT-116 cells, respectively[1].
