Description of N6-Ethyladenosine

N6-Ethyladenosine is an adenosine derivative, acts as a Adenosine receptor agonist, with Kis of 4.9 and 4.7 nM for hA1AR and hA3AR, respectively[1]. Ki: 4.9 nM (hA1AR), 4.7 nM (hA3AR)[1]

N6-Ethyladenosine (Compound 28) exhibits more selectivity at hA1AR and hA3AR over hA2AR (Ki, 8900±770 nM)[1].
