Needle. Once inside the cell, the probe is hydrolyzed by non-specific esterase to form a water-soluble form. Unlike the traditional Na+probe SBFI, ENG-2 is a probe in the visible light spectral range, with an excitation wavelength range of 488-525nm,
The emission wavelength is 545nm.
ENG-2 AM has ideal features such as easy loading, slow leakage, good photostability, and wide dynamic range, which perfectly compensate for the shortcomings of traditional Na+fluorescent probe SBFI AM.
