N4-Acetylcytidine triphosphate sodium is a endogenous nucleoside metabolite from the degradation of tRNA, primes and activates NLRP3 inflammation by inducing HMGB1 expression[1]. NLRP3 Human Endogenous Metabolite

N4-Acetylcytidine (0.3? mM or 1.0? mM) upregulates NF-κB and NLRP3 expression BV2 microglia, and this calls for HMGB1 expression and release[1].
