Description of Insulin(cattle) (Insulin from bovine pancreas)

Insulin(cattle) (Insulin from bovine pancreas) est une protéine hormonale composée de deux chaînes de 21 et 30 acides aminés. Insulin agit sur les neurones et les cellules gliales pour réguler le métabolisme glucidique systémique et l'alimentation. Insulins(cattle) est un type d'insuline native. Insulins(cattle) a été utilisée pour traiter les patients avec diabète sucré[1].

La signalisation de l'insuline est initiée par la liaison de l'insuline au récepteur de l'insuline, l'activation du domaine protéine tyrosine kinase et l'autophosphorylation en tyrosine du récepteur de l'insuline, la phosphorylation en tyrosine extensive des protéines de substrats du récepteur de l'insuline (IRS) et la phosphorylation de S473 dans AKT[2]

Les rats qui sont injectés par l'insuline (i.v., 0.5 IU/ kg−1 poids corporel) et la réactivité immunologique d' AKT phosphorylée (pAKT) a été évaluée dans les tancytes. Ces analyses ont révélé que le traitement de l'insuline induisait fortement la phosphorylation d' AKT dans les tancytes des rats de témoin, et que cette activation était largement diminuée dans les tancytes des rats IR∆Tan ( rats dépourvus de récepteurs à l'insuline dans les tancytes)[3]
