IgG Purity and Heterogeneity Assay Kit is a IgG protein purity and heterogeneity assay kit based on sodium dodecyl sulfate-capillary gel electrophoresis (CE-SDS) technology, suitable for PA 800 Plus system.
IgG Purity and Heterogeneity Assay Kit can be used to detect the purity and heterogeneity of IgG molecules in reduced and non-reduced states. IgG (reduced and non-reduced) protein samples at specified concentrations were heat denatured in the presence of SDS and the denatured products were separated according to their molecular weight in capillaries containing replaceable gel matrices. The principle of this kit is similar to SDS-PAGE, but the advantage is that CE-SDS uses elastic quartz capillaries as separation channels and separates samples under the drive of a high-voltage DC electric field, which can effectively reduce the diffusion of components, resulting in sharp peaks and high separation efficiency.
