1,2-ジオレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-リン酸 ナトリウム塩(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate, sodium salt)(18:1 PA; DOPA)は陰イオン性の脂質であり、リポソーム、ミセルと人工膜の製造に使われることができる[1]。1,2-ジオレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-リン酸はリン酸脂質で、sn-1とsn-2の位置に挿入されている長鎖脂肪酸オレイン酸を含めている[2]。1,2-ジオレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-リン酸は、殆どの組織と細胞における主なホスファチジン酸(PA)種の一つである[3]。1,2-ジオレオイル-sn-グリセロ-3-リン酸 ナトリウム塩はZol-Ca複合ナノ粒子製剤の製造に使われことができ、マウス腫瘍モデルにおけるZolの輸送を増強させ、分化を促進させる[4]。カルシウムリン酸(CaP)コーディングDOPAリポソームは強い生物膜の染色能力を持っている[5]。
