4-oxo Isotretinoin (Synonyms: Ro 22-6595)

4-オキソイソトレチノインは、レチノイドのイソトレチノインの活性代謝物質です。¹ CYP3A、CYP2B6、およびCYP2C19を含むいくつかのシトクロムP450（CYP450）アイソフォームによって、イソトレチノインから形成されます。² 4-オキソイソトレチノイン（10μM）は、正常な人間表皮角化細胞でサイトカラチン7（CK7）およびCK19のタンパク質発現を増加させます。³ 濃度依存的に頭頸部扁平上皮癌（HNSCC）細胞であるUM-SCC-22AおよびUM-SCC-35に対する感受性があります。⁵ 妊娠中の雌マウスに対して妊娠11日目に100mg/kgの投与量で投与すると、胚性形態異常を引き起こします。⁶
