Background

9-ヒドロキシステアリン酸は、ヒドロキシ脂肪酸であり、9-PAHSAの活性代謝産物です。1,2 肝臓と膵臓のカルボキシルエステラーゼリパーゼによって9-PAHSAから形成されます。2 9-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(5μM)は、HT-29大腸癌細胞質中のヒストンデアセチラーゼ1(HDAC1)を阻害します。3濃度が100μMである場合、HT-29細胞の増殖を抑制し、G0/G1期で細胞周期停止を誘導します。
