α-Muricholic acid-d4は、GC-またはLC-MSによるα-muricholic acidの定量化のための内部標準として使用することを意図しています。 α-Muricholic酸はマウス特異的な一次胆汁酸です。1,2大豆タンパク質の食事投与により、高脂肪ダイエット誘発性肥満マウスの糞便中のα-muricholic酸レベルが減少し、二次胆汁酸の主要生産者であるClostridium cluster XIVa群菌数が増加することと相関します。3高脂肪から低脂肪ダイエットに切り替えたマウスでは、血漿、肝臓、筋肉中のα-muricholic酸レベルが増加します。4
