ラッパコン酸ヒドロブロミド（Lappaconite HBr）は、アコニトゥム・シノモンタヌム・ナカイから分離されたアルカロイドであり、抗炎症作用が示されています[1,2]。中国ではラッパコン酸HBrが鎮痛剤として使用されています。アコニトゥム・シノモンタヌムはキョウチクトウ科に属し、伝統的な中国医学において関節リウマチや疼痛の治療薬として広く使用されています[1]。
体外：該当なし
In vivo：ラッパコンアルカロイドの水和物を投与した後、ラットの胃での吸収率は9.67％であった。大腸、空腸、回腸、十二指腸ではそれぞれ9.51％、11.83％、12.95％、19.61％であった。濃度が10 mg/Lから40 mg/Lに上昇するとラッパコンアルカロイドの取り込み量は線形的に増加しましたが吸収速度定数は同じレベルに保たれました。LD50値はマウスおよびラットに対してi.p.投与時それぞれ10.5mg/kgおよび9.9mg/kgです。また麻酔下のウサギに1mg/kgまで注射されると心臓不整脈が迅速に観察されました[3]。
