心臓の心筋細胞によって分泌される、プレプロ-ANPのプロテオリシスによって生成された内因性ペプチドである心房性ナトリウム利尿ペプチド(ANP)は、血管収縮を減少させ、レニン分泌を抑制し、ナトリウム排泄を増加させる腎臓および循環系に影響を与えます。ラット腎皮質外来では、外因性ラットANPは量依存的に基礎的なレニン放出を抑制し、IC50値が58 nMでイソプロテレノール誘発性のレニン放出も抑制します。 ANP(8μg / kg)は麻酔下のラットでは血漿中のレニン活性とcAMP濃度を低下させてcGMP濃度を増加させます。また、150 ngの投与量で脳室内投与した場合に自然発生高血圧およびコントロールラットで平均動脈血圧上昇効果誘発素アルギニンバソプレッシンに対する阻害作用があります。 ANP(1-28)(rat)は、ラットタンパク質配列に対応する28アミノ酸ペプチドです。
