Description of E3 ligase Ligand 8 hydrochloride

E3 ligase Ligand 8 hydrochloride (compound 24) is a Ligand of BET for E3 Ligase used in PROTAC, with IC50 values of 0.98 nM and 13.7 nM in RS4;11 and MOLM-13 cells, respectively[1]. E3 ligase[1].
