TATペプチドは、HIV-1の転写活性化因子(Tat)から派生した細胞貫通ペプチド(GRKKRRQRRRPQ)です[1]。 TATペプチド(GRKKRRQRRRPQ)機能化ハイブリッドナノ粒子も、細胞分離と迅速な細胞ラベリングのために結合された磁気濃縮と光学的検出を組み合わせたことで研究されています。 細胞生存率アッセイにより、これらのハイブリッドナノ粒子の良好な生体適合性が明らかになっています[2]。
