Description of Flupyrimin

Flupyrimin (FLP)은 삼불화아세틸의 약효운반체고 곤충 니코틴형 아세틸콜린 수용체 (nAChRs)의 길항제로 작용하는 새로운 살충제이다. nAChRs는 주로 곤충의 중추신경계에서 발현되는 리간드-게이트 이온 채널이고 살충제의 직접적인 표적이다[3]. Flupyrimin은 독특한 생물학적 특성을 가진 교차 내성은 없고 수분 곤충에게 안전한 새로운 니코틴계 살충제이다[4]. Flupyrimin은 인간 혈청 알부민/소 혈청 알부민 (HSA/BSA)의 내재 형광을 완화시킬 수 있다[5]. Flupyrimin은 니코틴계 살충제에 둔감한 벼 해충에 대해 좋은 효능을 보인다[6].
