Description of Riboflavin phosphate

Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 리보플라빈의 주요 구조와 기능을 보유한 리보플라빈의 수용성 인산염이다. 순수한 Riboflavin phosphate sodium 용액은 565nm에서 최대 방출 피크를 보인다[1]. Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 잘 알려진 경구 영양 보충제로 구내염, 턱염, 혀염 및 방사선 치료와 관련된 식도염과 같은 국소 염증성 질환을 널리 치료하기 위해 사용되었다[2][3].

체외 실험에서 대식세포는 다양한 농도의 Riboflavin phosphate sodium (6.25-200µg/ml)으로 처리되었고37℃에서 24시간 동안 슬라이드 챔버에서 인큐베이션되었다. 그 다음 흡인 활성이 결정되었다. Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 튜브에서 직접 대식세포를 활성화시킨다[4].

체내 실험에서 Riboflavin phosphate sodium (100mg/kg)은 흡인 시험 전 1일에 ICR 수컷 쥐에게 복강내 또는 정맥내 주사되었다. 처리된 쥐들은 흡인 지수가 현저하게 더 높았다. Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 체내에서 대식세포 기능을 강화할 수 있다. Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 패혈증과 패혈성 쇼크의 치료로 사용될 수 있다[4]. Riboflavin phosphate sodium (10, 20, 40, 80mg/kg)은 LPS 주사 후 6시간 또는 세균 감염 후 1시간에 6시간 동안 정맥 주입되었다. Riboflavin phosphate sodium은 LPS 유도된 엔도톡신 쇼크를 현저하게 개선하고 대장균과 황색포도상구균 감염의 치사율을 감소시켰다. Riboflavin phosphate sodium의 정맥 주입은 LPS 유도된 염증촉진성 세토카인와 산화 질소의 상승을 감소시켰다[5].
