단백질 인산화효소는 대상 단백질의 인산화된 아미노산 잔기로부터 인산기를 제거하는 효소입니다. 단백질 인산화는 가장 일반적인 단백질 후번역 수정 중 하나입니다.

β-글리세로인산은 뼈 세포 광물화 연구에서 인 그룹 기부체 역할을 하며 강력한 단백질 인산화 효소 억제제입니다 [1][3]. MC3T3-E1, ROS 17/2.8 및 병아리 골모양 세포에서 β-글리세로인산은 무산소 글라이콜리시스 속도에 영향을 주지 않았지만 매질 Pi 수준을 증가시켜 뼈 세포에 의해 가수분해되었다는 것을 시사합니다. 매질 Pi 농도의 지역적 증가는 신속한 광물 침전을 유발합니다 [1].
