Description of Sodium Palmitate

체외 실험에서 Sodium Palmitate (0.1, 0.25, 또는 0.5 mM; 12-72 시간)은 LX2, Huh7, MIHA 간세포계열에서 Notch1, Notch2, Notch4의 mRNA 수준을 증가시킬 수 있다[1]. Sodium Palmitate은 쥐 그래늘세포에서 포도당조절단백질 78 (GRP 78)과 CCAAT/향상자 결합 단백질 상동 단백질 (CHOP)의 표현을 유도할 수 있다[2]. 게다가 100 µmol/l의 Sodium Palmitate으로 LO2 세포를 48시간 처리하면 세포 생존력을 현저히 억제할 수 있고 이 농도와 배양 시간은 실험에서 지방 독성 모델로 사용될 수 있다[3].

제조 방법
