Rebaudioside O belongs to the stevioside category and can be isolated from S. Rebaudiana Morita, which was bred by S. Rebaudiana Bertoni, Rebaudioside O can be used as a sweetener[1]. Rebaudioside O can be used as a model compound to develop new HPLC analytical methods for identifying the molecular structure of related compounds[2-3]. Rebaudioside O is often used in the comparative study of related molecules of the stevioside class[3].
