GC (guanylyl cyclaese) converts GTP into cGMP and pyrophosphate. sGC (soluble GC) is a nitric oxide receptor and pGC (transmembrance GC) is a natriiuritic peptide receptor. Its major functions include cell hyperplasia,hypertrophy, cell differentiation and tumor progression etc.
