Nampt
Nampt (nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase) catalyzes the nicotinamide condensation with 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate to produce nicotinamide mononucleotide during the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide biosynthesis. It is involved in the metabolism, stress response and aging.
