FITC is a derivative of fluorescein for the labeling of amines.
Annexin V-FITC/PI is employed to detect chondrocyte apoptosis[1]. The PEI-modified CDs are conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) to fabricate CDs-FITC composites[2].
