MRT-2359 es un inhibidor oral efectivo de la degradación de GSPT1 con actividad antitumoral. También suprime el crecimiento celular en células cancerosas resistentes al tratamiento en cáncer de pulmón no microcítico (NSCLC) y cáncer de pulmón microcítico (SCLC). MRT-2359 muestra una actividad preferencial en líneas celulares impulsadas por MYC, como los xenoinjertos (PDX) derivados de pacientes con NSCLC y SCLC con alta expresión N- y L-MYC.
