(7S)-Nivegacetor ((7S)-RG6289) is an isomer of Nivegacetor. Nivegacetor (RG6289) is a potent and selective γ-secretase modulator. Nivegacetor reduces Aβ42 production and can be used in Alzheimer's disease research [1].
