AF 488 azide is a fluorescent labeling reagent that conjugates the Alexa Fluor 488 fluorophore with an azide group (λem/λex=520nm/470nm). AF 488 azide can efficiently and covalently bind to alkyne-modified biomolecules via copper-catalyzed or copper-free click chemistry reactions, enabling specific fluorescent labeling. AF 488 azide can be used in related research involving nucleic acid labeling, proteomics studies, and cellular imaging[1-4].
