LAMP Fluorescent Dye is a nucleic acid intercalating dye that can be used to detect LAMP reactions in real time by measuring fluorescence. This product is provided at a 50X concentration, which is sufficient for at least 500 LAMP reactions (if using a common qPCR instrument, it is recommended to add 0.5 µl of LAMP fluorescent dye to 25 µl LAMP reaction system). If using other detection instruments, the dye may need to be further diluted (final concentration 0.1-0.5X).
