Le m-PEG4-Br est un lieur ADC clivable utilisé dans la synthèse du conjugué anticorps-médicament (ADC) pour le trastuzumab (HY-P9907). Le m-PEG4-Br est placé de manière distale par rapport À la charge utile de la monométhylauristatine E (MMAE) pour donner un ADC avec une hydrophilie, une liaison À l'antigène et une puissance in vitro altérées. Le m-PEG4-Br peut également être utilisé comme lieur PROTAC qui peut être utilisé dans la synthèse des PROTAC.

Description

m-PEG4-Br is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for Trastuzumab (HY-P9907). m-PEG4-Br is placed distally from the monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload to yield an ADC with altered hydrophilicity, antigen binding, and in vitro potency[1]. m-PEG4-Br also can be used as a PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.

Conseils généraux
Choisissez un solvant adapté selon les données de solubilité du produit. Après préparation, répartissez la solution mère en aliquotes afin d’éviter les cycles répétés de congélation-décongélation.
Utilisez les solutions mères dans les 6 mois si elles sont conservées à -80°C, ou dans le mois si elles sont conservées à -20°C.
Pour améliorer la solubilité, réchauffez le tube à 37°C et soniquez-le pendant une durée appropriée.
