Description

NOTA-TATE is a somatostatin receptor 2 ( SSTR2 ) binder. NOTA-TATE binds to SSTR2 to enable targeting of SSTR2-positive tumour cells for PET imaging. NOTA-TATE can be used for the research of neuroendocrine tumours [1].

In Vivo, 68Ga-NOTA-TATE (0.1 mCi/2.96 MBq; i.v.; single dose) demonstrates comparable tumour uptake to 68Ga-DOTA-TATE in AR42J tumour-bearing nude mice within 1 h post-injection, with clear tumour visualization on micro-PET/CT[1].
