2A/2B Dengue protease substrate (Ac-RTSKKR-pNA) acetate is a peptide substrate for the Dengue NS2B-NS3 protease, with a K i value of 12 μM. 2A/2B Dengue protease substrate acetate is used in the development of selective peptide-based inhibitors for the Dengue NS2B-NS3 protease [1] [2].
