BSA Protein -Cy5.5 (Bovine Serum Albumin-Cy5.5) is a Cy5.5 fluorescently labeled BSA. BSA Protein -Cy5.5 can be conjugated with Hapten or Atrazine caproic acid. Cy5.5 has an excitation wavelength of 680 nm and an emission wavelength of 710 nm. BSA Protein -Cy5.5 can be used for fluorescence resonance energy transfer studies [1].
In Vitro, Cy5.5 signal gradually weakens as the labeled cells divide, with an excitation wavelength of 680 nm and an emission wavelength of 710 nm[2].
