H3K4(Me3) (1-20) is a histone peptide that carries a trimethylation modification (Me3) at the 4th lysine residue of histone H3 and encompasses amino acid residues 1 to 20[1,2]. H3K4(Me3) is an epigenetic modification of the DNA-packaging protein histone H3, serves as a classic activation marker of gene expression, and is predominantly enriched near the transcription start sites of genes[3,4]. H3K4(Me3) (1-20) is commonly used in research on epigenetics, enzymatic activity, gene transcriptional activation regulatory mechanisms, and chromatin remodeling[5,6,7].
