Descripción (Description)

Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG7-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].

PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.

Consejos generales
Seleccione un disolvente adecuado según los datos de solubilidad del producto. Una vez preparada, divida la solución madre en alícuotas para evitar ciclos repetidos de congelación y descongelación.
Utilice las soluciones madre en un plazo de 6 meses si se conservan a -80°C, o de 1 mes si se conservan a -20°C.
Para mejorar la solubilidad, caliente el tubo a 37°C y soníquelo durante un periodo adecuado.
