2’,3’-O-(Bis-[5-bromoanthraniloyl])adenosine-5’-O-triphosphate is a fluorescent derivative of adenosine-5’-triphosphate .1 It selectively inhibits B. pertussis adenylyl cyclase (AC) toxin CyaA over mammalian AC1, AC2, and AC5 (Kis = 12.6, 671, 1,100, and 900 nM, respectively).
