Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) is a rat anti-mouse CD8α IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) can deplete CD8+ T cells [1][2].
The isotype control for Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) is Rat IgG2b kappa, Isotype Control (GC27556).
In vivo, treatment mice bearing subcutaneous CT26 tumors with Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) (i.p.; 300µg; 3 days) reduced the percentage of CD45+CD8a+ cells in blood, spleen and tumor [1]. In hepatocellular allograft CD4 KO mice, treated 250mg of Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) for each i.p. injection on days 24 and days 22 relative to transplantation. This treatment regimen reduces CD8+T cells in the spleen (from 15 to 25% of the splenocyte population) to undetectable levels within 3 days of mAb treatment [2].
