Anti-Mouse Thy1/CD90 Antibody (M5/49.4.1) is an anti-mouse Thy1/CD90 IgG2a monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Thy1/CD90 Antibody (M5/49.4.1) can clear T cells from the spleen and bone marrow. Anti-Mouse Thy1/CD90 Antibody (M5/49.4.1) can be used for researches on immunology and inflammation conditions such as colitis [1] [2] [3].
In Vivo, Anti-Mouse Thy1/CD90 Antibody (M5/49.4.1) (250 μg, i.p., on days −1, 1 and 4) significantly reduces the severity of colitis in Rag2−/−Il2rg−/− mice[3].
In Vitro, Anti-Mouse Thy1/CD90 Antibody (M5/49.4.1) (50 μg/mL, 1 h) can remove T cells combined with 1:20 rabbit complement in antigen-presenting cells (APCs) from the spleen of mice[2].
