Azide-polysarcosine20 is a azide-containing form of the amine-functionalized hydrophilic polymer polysarcosine20.1 Azide-polysarcosines have been used in the formation of hydrophobicity-masking antibody-drug conjugates for the selective release of monomethyl auristatin E to tumors in rats.
