CY7 -Dextran (MW 4000) is a fluorescent dye that consists of CY7 and Dextran (Ex=740 nm; Em=770 nm). CY7 -Dextran (MW 4000) can be used as a cell volume indicator and delineates the thin peripheral edges of the cells [1].
