Duazomycin (Duazomycin A) sodium is aglutamineantagonist. Duazomycin sodium can significantly enhance the effectiveness of6-Mercaptopurine(6-MP) in experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) without increasing toxicity[1][2].
