EP 80317 acetate is a selective CD36 ligand. EP 80317 acetate protects the heart against damage and dysfunction elicited by myocardial ischaemia and reperfusion (MI/R), along with a transient reduction in peripheral lipolysis. EP 80317 acetate can be used for the study of cardiovascular disease [1].
