3-Cyanoumbelliferone is a coumarin derivative, acting as molecular probe and fluorescent dye. 3-Cyanoumbelliferone is also a macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) tautomerase inhibitor with a Ki of 2.9 渭M.
