JWH 309 5'-isomer

JWH 309 is a (1-naphthoyl) pyrrole cannabimimetic that potently activates both the central cannabinoid (CB) receptor, CB₁, and the peripheral CB₂ receptor (K_i = 41 and 49 nM, respectively).¹ JWH 309 5'-isomer differs from JWH 309 by having a naphthyl group at the 5' position, rather than the 2' position, of the pyrrole group. The physiological properties of this compound are unknown. This product is intended for forensic and research purposes.
