PE-AF700 is a tandem fluorescent dye used for flow cytometry, consisting of the donor phycoerythrin (PE) and the acceptor Alexa Fluor 700 (AF700) (Ex/Em = 488 nm/715 nm) [1].
In Vitro, PE-AF700 (2.5 μl per test; 20 min at 37°C), a reagent conjugated with anti-CD25 antibody, exhibits better staining efficacy for erythrocyte-lysed whole blood leukocytes when incubated at 37°C for 20 min[1].
